About shipment

1. Shipping Address: We only ship to confirmed order addresses. Your order address MUST MATCH your Shipping address.

2. Turkey Customer Notice: Due to Turkey are strict for radio import, if you buy walkie talkie and without radio import certificate,  pls order 1-2pcs per order, and we will ship out the goods without retail box, it's easy for customs clearance.

3. About Duties: we don't bear any additional import duties, taxes in parcel destination country; and shipping company will collect it from buyer upon delivery. Please note that buyers are responsible for your local custom charges and taxes

4. Declare Value: we declare USD7-USD20 for each set radio. Normally, and the total declare value not more than USD40. If you have special request then please leave message in the order or contact us directly.

Shipping Weight: All parcels shipped via normal post are limited weight within 2KG, so if your parcel overweight, we will arrange your parcel via 2 parcels. For the parcel weight over 2KG can choose the DHL, TNT or other express therefore, additional costs incurred by the buyer. If you buy more than 4-10pcs radios, we can use DHL or other Express as free shipping, pls contact us.

Shipment Method :We will delivery the goods by China Post mail, PostNL mail, Singapore Post, etc other post mail, when you choose free shipping, sometimes we will change and choose the proper shipping way based on the actual situation, to insure that you can get your goods fast and safe. It usually takes15~35 working days to reach you there, but we don't guarantee the exact delivery time on your shipments, due to differences in custom clearing times in individual countries,which may affect how fast your parcel will be inspected and passed.

If your order items with battery, usually we will use Netherlands post, (Russian, USA, Canada will use e-Packet). For the items without battery: we will use China post registered air mail. Battery shipment will be use Sweden post or ePacket. All shipment with registered air mail.
